Furballs' Broken Stone Seed Cowl
After the hat, Furballs' Broken Stone Helmet , now comes the cowl. It is designed using granite stone stitch and broken seed stitches as before knitted in rounds. In addition, we also put in traveling cable to draw out the diamond pattern. It is a very compact cowl, so if knitting for a not so petite recipient, consider put in more repeats in the pattern or simply increase the broken seed stitches in between the diamond cable. I choose the German twisted cast on for its ability of stretching. Unfortunately, there is no mirror bind off, so I use Jeny's surprisingly stretchy bind off to match.
