Furballs & Remembrance Stone Poppy

Finally I have this commemorating dishcloth done plenty of time ahead :)   Dissecting and recycling the theme from last year, this time the poppy comes with four (4) petals and a relief / 3D centre.   This dishcloth is done in bias knitting and with being more like a stockinette type of fabric, it remains in diamond shape.   The granite stitch in two (2) repeats makes up the border.   The most "designing" part is how to start the border at four (4) stitches and knit up in bias.   I am using a centre out approach, i.e., keeping the centre stitches the same and expands at the both left and right edges, the continuity of the border is tied up by the inside border of the edges. Look at the right border edge of the dishcloth below - it looks like a vertical edge border to me. Now, I have to confess this kind of knit and purl picture dishcloth is not cupcake for me.  Baking real cupcake seems easier lol  It took me days to make up the "A" to my liking (please note that I did not say satisfaction lol) that fitted into the general size of a dishcloth.  Maybe it is time to learn to use those softwa...
