Furballs' Full Moon Stone

From the last blog, Furballs& Remembrance Stone Poppy , we are now moving backwards in time to Mid Autumn Festival and celebrate with Furballs' Full Moon Stone in November. Furballs' Full Moon Stone is an easy and interesting knit.   It makes a pretty useful coaster , scrubby (using scrubby yarn holding together with the "normal" yarn) or cosmetic removal pad .   The round circle is knitted in flat rows. For me, this is not the easiest way to knit an circle but because it is knitted in flat rows and most beginners start with flat row knitting, so the common notion is that it is easy.   Of course, technically it is easy with no special cast on needed, but in the view point of writing out the pattern, it is more challenging to place the increases and decreases in shaping the flat piece into a circle (more or less).   If we knitted in rounds, we will have a perfect circle in no time and I personally think that it is worth the while to learn one or two ...
