Furballs' Heart of Stone
Happy New Year to all ! In 2020, I try to be ahead of festivity with design publication, so the first charity pattern will be Furballs' Heart of Stone for Valentine Day 2020
In this pattern, the border edge of this diamond shaped coaster is done different than previous Furballs and Remembrance Stone Poppy. I like the short rows in this one a bit better as the stockinette "interlude" in between the purl rows are all even out with the rest without short rows.
With most of this kind of what I called k&p pattern, best to use single solid colour yarns to bring out the pattern. Stripe yarn with long interval will be a good alternative, but since this is a small piece, so it might just behaves like single solid colour yarn lol
Furballs say they can do this one with two paws any time :D
Please remember donate generously to your local cats / animals shelters when using this pattern in part or whole. Furballs and I thanks you in advance.
Next month, if pattern test done in time, it will be a dishcloth using granite stitch and broken seed stitch, Furballs' Broken Stone Seed. Stay tune and meow meow for now
